Cancellation & Ticket Transfer Policy

We prayerfully prepare for each woman attending HeartShift, and your ticket helps cover the costs of creating a Christ-centered experience—everything from the food and gift bags to the worship and Word. Because these resources are secured in advance, we’re not able to offer refunds.

However, if you’re no longer able to attend, you’re welcome to:

1. Transfer your ticket to a friend — simply email us at HeartShiftMinistry@gmail.com with their full name, phone number, and email address, and we’ll make the update.

2. Sow your ticket into someone else’s life — we’d be honored to gift your spot to a sister in Christ who may not be able to afford it. Just let us know, and we’ll take care of the rest.
